Studio sessions

We offer both private and semi-private sessions. These are 55 minutes long and take place in classical Pilates studios around London.

After an initial assessment and dialogue to identify your individual needs, we will then introduce you to various classical Pilates, Spiral Stabilization exercises and fascia release techniques with effective use of our wide range of studio machines and props. Combined with controlled breathing, these movements create natural traction and decompression in the joints strengthening weak muscles and lengthening tight ones to rebalance and tone the whole body, making positive changes in the way you move.

As a qualified dance teacher, Judit has many years of experience both in teaching and providing choreography for adults and children at all levels of ability, and can even choreograph your wedding dance! Whether you are seeking a new way to alleviate stress or preparing for your first dance, Judit’s goal is to teach you everything you need to feel both comfortable and confident on the dance floor.
