A journey to better health

Your body is unique. Whatever pain or injury you have is specific to you. You need to be treated in a way that matches your lifestyle and ambitions, not just as a collection of muscles and bones. Perhaps your goal is simply to live pain free. Or play with your kids more. Or it could be to climb Mount Everest in record time. Your journey begins with the trial offer where we create a tailored plan to get you where you want to be. By working with me, you gain a toolkit to help you look after your body for life.

Like any important journey, the road to better health can be challenging. At the beginning especially, when there’s lots of new information to process. But soon the power of the techniques becomes clear. It’s not a case of paying to be fixed. I provide the methods and all the support you need. It’s up to you to commit to the process and practice regularly in your own time.

Discounted Trial Offer

I recommend you start your journey with the trial offer which consists of 3 private sessions for a discounted price. Come along and see if it’s for you. We discuss your history of injuries and sports, as well as your lifestyle and goals. I look at your posture and assess your movement patterns to then build a personalised exercise routine for you. Every time you see me, and every time you practice, you’re unlocking your body’s powerful natural abilities. After completing your trial you may decide to continue working with me privately or opt for semi-private sessions.

Real change takes time and remaining committed to the process isn’t always easy. By seeing me regularly, you get feedback on your form and new techniques to keep you progressing. This helps you stay motivated and prevents you slipping back into old habits.
