Like any important journey, the road to better health can be challenging. At the beginning especially, when there’s lots of new information to process. But soon the power of the techniques becomes clear. It’s not a case of paying to be fixed. I provide the methods and all the support you need. It’s up to you to commit to the process and practice regularly in your own time.

Discounted Trial Session

The first session is for a discounted price. Come along and see if it’s for you. We discuss your history of injuries and sports, as well as your lifestyle and goals. I look at your posture and assess your movement patterns to then build a personalised exercise routine for you. Every time you see me, and every time you practice, you’re unlocking your body’s powerful natural abilities.

Real change takes time and remaining committed to the process isn’t always easy. By seeing me regularly, you get feedback on your form and new techniques to keep you progressing. This helps you stay motivated and prevents you slipping back into old habits.
